LeBron James drops a major hint about a potential Nike doc

Is Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James working on a documentary with Nike? That’s the question most NBA fans have after the star forward hinted on Instagram that there might be a project related to it.

James posted a photo on his IG Stories detailing how Reebok tried to give him a $10 million check to stop him talking to Nike or Adidas. Of course, everyone knows how it happened, as the Lakers superstar is now a longtime Nike ambassador.

In his post, Jacques wrote that “the doc is/will be crazy”.

Does this mean LeBron James is already working on a documentary regarding his signing with Nike? If not yet, the way he phrased his answer makes it clear that there has at least been some discussion about it.

Now, that’s definitely something every fan, not just the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, and Lakers faithful, would enjoy. Even before LeBron made his NBA debut in 2003, he signed a seven-year contract with Nike worth $90 million. It’s one of the most successful partnerships in the league, so it’s no surprise when both sides decided to continue the collaboration for more years.

There are no further details on the potential documentary yet, but it’s certainly a big possibility considering the Lakers star himself has dabbled in media and film production.
