Stagwell (STGW) partners with Wells Enterprises to launch new product offerings

Wolfgang, Observatory, GALE and Allison+Partners Collaborate to Reposition and Awareness of New Halo Top and Blue Bunny Brand Offerings

NEW YORK, April 13, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Stagwell (NASDAQ:STGW), the challenger network built to transform marketing, today announced several new campaigns for Wells Enterprises, Inc.., the largest privately owned, family-owned ice cream maker in United States. Agencies Stagwell Wolfgang, Observatory, GALE and Allison+Partners began work on the account in January, collaborating to develop an integrated strategy to grow Wells Enterprises awareness and commerce. Wolfgang’s and Observatory’s campaigns for Halo Top and Blue Bunny, respectively, will launch in April.

Halo Top is relaunching its brand with Fruit Pops, backed by record creative agency Wolfgang. The campaign evolves the Halo Top brand from its origins in diet ice cream into the modern “better for you” category. Going beyond sugary stereotypes of “wellness”, the work is based on a refreshingly subversive POV that “it’s healthy to be a little selfish” and will include OLV, social, digital and OOH assets.

This spring, Observatory, creative AOR for Blue Bunny, will launch an omnichannel effort including TV, digital, social media, radio, and more. can come straight from your home freezer. The campaign invites dessert lovers into the partially fictionalized world of Blue Bunny HQ where CEO Blu inspires and leads a company made up of real bunnies.

In addition to developing new creative work, global communications company Stagwell Allison+Partners provides ongoing public relations support to Blue Bunny. The team will lead an integrated communications program and earned media strategy designed to help drive awareness, brand preference and ultimately new product sales.
