Weston Corp Queensway store opens with World Cup festivities and competition
Weston Corporation kicks off the 2022 World Cup with the opening of its latest store at the Queensway Shopping Center on November 17.
To kick off the 2022 FIFA World Cup celebrations, Weston Corp is unveiling a range of facilities and activities at its brand new Queensway store. Until December 18, visit the store to see in-store presentations such as the “training of the jersey team”, a presentation of some of the main jerseys of the World Cup teams, or the installation of the 240kg World Cup ball in the outdoor atrium for the perfect photo.
Enjoy hits of nostalgia in the ‘A Generation of the World Cup’ walkthrough which gives fans a look at highlights, shirts and fun facts from every World Cup since 1990.
Weston Corp brings the thrill of the World Cup to the store with exciting in-store activations. Gaming fans can look forward to in-store esports competition on November 26-27. During your visit to the store, you can even challenge your friends to a game of “subsoccer”.
Along with its opening, Weston Corp is hosting a “Team of the Tournament” competition from November 21-25. Participants can post their winning team predictions on their Instagram to win an Adidas Al Rihla, the official match ball of the 2022 World Cup, signed by David Beckham. Fans will find the widest selection of country shirts available in the new store, featuring crowd favorites such as Argentina, Brazil and many more. The new store also features a personalization bar so fans can personalize jerseys with a range of names and numbers. Store favorites like the classic arcade game Claw Machine will be popping up for fans to purchase the ever-popular World Cup Mini Ball.
